1. Design Consultation 设计咨询
Designers will conduct one-to-one in-depth consultations to understand your core needs and vision for the space.During the communication, if you need to visit active project sites, we will assign a special person to accompany and explain throughout, intuitively presenting construction standards and implementation effects to lay a solid foundation for subsequent design work.
设计师将通过电话或面对面形式，与您开展一对一充分沟通，准确对接核心诉求与场景期望。沟通期间，若您需实地考察在建项目，我们将指派专人全程陪同讲解，直观呈现施工标准与落地效果，为后续设计工作奠定坚实基础。

2. Site Survey 场地勘测

If you confirm to choose our service, both parties shall sign the "Entrusted Design Agreement", and pay a design deposit (this fee can be offset against the design fee in equal amount when formally signing the design contract). We will conduct on-site courtyard surveys using professional measuring instruments at the agreed time to accurately collect core data such as site dimensions and topographical conditions.
若您确认选择我方服务，双方需签订《委托设计协议书》，并支付设计定金（该费用可在正式签订设计合同时等额抵充设计费）。我们将按约定时间，运用专用测量仪器开展庭院实地勘测，准确采集场地尺寸、地形条件等核心数据。

3. Scheme Design 方案设计

Within 7 working days after the completion of the on-site survey, designer will invite you to review the preliminary design scheme (including core documents such as original site dimension drawings and plane function layout drawings) and continuously optimize and adjust it according to your feedback until a consensus is reached.
After the preliminary scheme is confirmed, we will issue a preliminary budget based on the scheme and conduct synchronous communication. If the budget range is approved by you, both parties will sign a formal design contract, and we will initiate detailed drawing work. The designer will fully carry out drawing preparation and project cost budget compilation. If you need to take the drawings away from the company for discussion, the full design fee must be paid before collection.
实地勘测完成后 7个工作日内，设计师将邀约您审核初步设计方案（含原始场地尺寸图、平面功能布置图等核心文件），并根据您的反馈持续优化调整，直至达成共识。
初步方案确认后，我方将基于方案出具初步预算并同步沟通。若预算范围获得您的认可，双方签订正式设计合同，将启动图纸深化工作。设计师将开展图纸绘制与工程造价预算编制工作。若需将图纸带离公司商议，需全额支付设计费后方可获得。

4. Construction Design 施工设计

The construction drawing system includes the following core documents: 

1）Master plan; 2）Vertical design drawing (if necessary); 3）Civil engineering design drawing (including hard paving, etc.); 4）Detailed structural node drawings; 5）Water feature pipeline layout drawing; 6）Circuit system layout drawing. Supporting intention reference drawings are provided for each design link to ensure the accurate implementation of design concepts.

施工图纸体系包含以下核心文件：

1. 总平面图；2. 竖向设计图（如有必要）；3. 土建设计图（含硬质铺装等）；4. 构筑节点详图；5. 水景管线布置图；6. 电路系统布置图。各设计环节同步提供配套意向参考图，确保设计理念准确落地。

5. On-site Construction 现场施工

Signing the Construction Contract: After confirming the construction drawings and project cost, both parties shall sign a formal construction contract. Before the start of construction, you need to pay the project progress payment as agreed in the contract.
Main Material Selection: To ensure the accurate implementation of the design effect, the designer will accompany you throughout the selection of key parameters such as material, color and specification of main materials, ensuring that the materials are highly consistent with the design scheme.
Designer's project handover and briefing: On the start date of construction, the designer will go to the construction site to conduct technical disclosure to the construction team, clarifying design requirements and process standards. During the construction period, the designer will conduct regular site inspections and maintain real-time communication with the construction team to ensure the consistency of design implementation.
Process and Phased Acceptance: civil engineering → water and electricity installation → tiling and masonry work → greening → painting → lighting installation → final acceptance. After the completion of each construction phase, our company will assign a special person to conduct node acceptance, and the next process can only be carried out after your signature confirmation of qualification.
签订施工合同：施工图纸与工程造价确认后，双方签订正式施工合同。开工前，您需支付合同约定的工程进度款。
主材选购：为保障设计效果准确落地，设计师将全程陪同您选定主材的材质、颜色、规格等关键参数，确保材料与设计方案高度契合。
设计师交底：开工当日，设计师将赴施工现场向施工团队开展技术交底，明确设计要求与工艺标准。施工期间，设计师将定期巡检工地，与施工团队保持实时沟通，保障设计落地一致性。
工序及阶段验收：土建→水电→泥瓦→绿化→油漆→照明安装→竣工验收。每个施工阶段完成后，公司将委派专人开展节点验收，经您签字确认合格后，方可进入下一工序。

6. Construction Acceptance 施工验收

After the project is completed, we will conduct a comprehensive project acceptance together with you. After the acceptance is qualified and confirmed by your signature, we will issue a warranty card and supporting gifts simultaneously to protect your subsequent rights and interests.
项目竣工后，我方将与您共同开展工程总验收。验收合格并经您签字确认后，我们将同步出具保修卡及配套赠品，保障您的后续权益。
